Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 8 oz. vermicelli
• ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
• 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon of chili powder
• 2 cups water
• ½ jalapeno, chopped with seeds removed
• ¼ yellow onion, chopped
• ½ chicken breast, chopped

Instructions
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Add vermicelli, onion, jalapeno and chicken. Allow these ingredients to cook until vermicelli browns.
3. Add 2 cups of water, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Cover and cook thoroughly.
