Make ahead Baked Oatmeal

A delicious breakfast recipe for a crowd that everyone loves.


6 Eggs 1 cup oil 1 cup sugar 3 2/3 cups old fashioned oatmeal 1 Tbs. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 cups milk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 cored and chopped apple 3/4 cup dried cherries 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in an uncovered greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 minutes or a little more at 350 degrees. Serve with warm milk or half and half.
