A moist cream cheese coffee type cake
family favorite is with strawberry jam

Ingredients
1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1¾ cup unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup jam (a mixture of raspberry, apricot, strawberry, etc or just one)
3 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions
Beat first 3 ingredients until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, beating until smooth. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to cream cheese mixture, beating at low speed until well blended. Spread batter in a 13x9 glass pan. Dollop with jam /jams, and swirl with a spatula. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
