Breakfast Casserole

My mom would make this on special mornings like Christmas, Easter, birthdays, etc. It so simple and easy. You make it the night before and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Then, the next morning, you just pop it in the oven.

1 pound ground breakfast sausage 10 eggs, beaten 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2, 12 oz cans evaporated milk 4 cups cubed day old bread 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon onion salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard
