Blueberry Muffins with Creme Fraiche Frosting

2 cups oats 1 cup flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 3 eggs ½ cup blueberries 1 cup creme fraiche ½ cup goat cheese ½ cup sucanat 2 tablespoon honey ½ cup butter ½ cup whipping cream

Preheat oven for 375. In a food processor, cream the butter and sucanat until fluffy add the blueberries and pulse for 2 seconds, in a separate bowl add flour, oats and baking powder. fold the butter/blueberry mixture into the flour while slowly adding cream until it is a creamy consistency. Cook for 15 minutes or until done. Clean the food processor and add creme fraiche, goat cheese and honey, whip on high until light and fluffy. Add a drop on top of muffins.
