A delicious meal replacement or between meal treat. Carob powder tastes a little like chocolate, but lacks caffeine. It is naturally sweet, nutritious, and rich in B vitamins.

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
2½ cups milk
2 tablespoons carob powder*
3 tablespoons egg white, whey or other protein powder*
1 teaspoon sugar, honey or equivalent sweeetener such as Truvia

Instructions
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend. Serve over ice, if desired.
Great for breakfast, lunch or snack. May be good for baby too.
