Avocado smoothie made with natural sugar and fresh ingredients is packed with nutrients. Avocado is a good source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat and contains potassium. This smoothie tastes brilliant with a mild zesty flavor from lemons and earthly touch from the basil.

Ingredients

1 avocado 2 cups fat free milk 2-3 tablespoon honey or any natural sugar(as per taste) 1 tablespoon lemon juice Pinch of salt 1/2 cup water + more (as per need) 10 fresh basil leaves 1 cup ice cubes
