Amazing white chocolate mocha scones

A mouth watering, nutritious and diet friendly breakfast or snack."

Ingredients

2 cups flour
4t. honey
2 1/2 t. baking
powder
1/2 t. salt
1/3 cup applesauce
1 egg
2-4 T. skim milk (more or less)
2T. ground coffee
1/2 cup white choco. chips


Instructions

Heat oven to 400. In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in applesauce & honey. Stir in egg, vanilla, and just enough of the milk to make the dough leave the side of the bowl. Stir in chocolate & coffee. Knead dough 10 times on lightly floured surface. Roll in to an 8 in. circle on a greesed cookie sheet. Cut in to 8 pieces with pizza cutter. Bake 14-16 min. or untill gollden brown. Carfully separate wedges. Enjoy!
