Summer Bread goes Hawaiian with Pineapple!

1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 cups grated zucchini 2 eggs 1 8oz can crushed pineapple - undrained 3 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Using Cuisinart Stand Mixer mix well: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 cups grated zucchini, 2 eggs, 1 8oz can crushed pineapple - undrained Add + stir in 3 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup chopped nuts Put in 2 greased & floured loaf pans Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
