Smoked Turkey Reubens

A spin on traditional pastrami reubens that are just as hearty.




½ C mayo
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
Cracked pepper
Pinch cayenne
2 slices hearty panini bread, preferable multi-grain
6 slices smoked turkey
6 slices sliced Swiss cheese
½ cup sauerkraut, drained
Extra mayo

1. Make Russian dressing by combining the first six ingredients. Set aside.
2. To assemble the sandwiches, spread a light layer of the extra mayo on one side of each slice of bread. On the opposite side, spread some of the Russian dressing. Put ½ the turkey and ½ the cheese on a Russian dressing side of two of the slices. Top with drained sauerkraut and other slice Russian dressing side down.
3. Heat Griddler to "Grill + Panini" setting on High. When ready, grill the sandwiches until the cheese has melted, about 6 minutes. Serve with the remaining Russian dressing.
