Ingredients

2 Cups Pumpkin 3 Eggs ¾ CupWater ¾ CupVegetable Oil 1 Cup Raisins 2 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Baking Soda ¾ teaspoon Ground Cloves ¾ teaspoonAllspice ¾ teaspoonCinnamon 1 teaspoon Orange Peel ½ Cup Pecans 2½ Cups Flour 2 Cups White Sugar 1 Cup Brown Sugar ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

Combine pumpkin, eggs, water, and oil on slow speed about 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well on slow speed. Scrape bowl and continue mixing on medium speed about 2-3 minutes. Fill muffin tins ½ - ¾ full. Bake 350 degrees for about 23 – 28 minutes. Note: To make a muffin peak – bake @ 400 degrees – 18 to 20 minutes.
