Grease muffin tins with solid shortening and place in oven while pre-heating to 425 degrees. When oven is ready put ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended and airy. Immediately pour into hot pans ⅔ full. Bake 30-40 Min. 12 medium or 8 large. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DURING BAKE TIME OR THEY WILL FALL. SHOULD BE POPPED UP IN PANS AND BROWN. IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO EAT ALL AT THE SAME TIME BE SURE TO POKE A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM OF UNUSED ONES TO LET MOISTURE ESCAPE..
