3 eggs 1 lb. pumpkin ¾ cup veg. oil ½ cup water 2½ cups flour 2¼ cup sugar 1½ teaspoon. baking soda 1¼ teaspoon. salt ¾ teaspoon nutmeg ¾ teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup raisins 1 cup chopped nuts

Beat the eggs, pumpkin, vegetable oil and water together, slowly and the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon into the pumpkin mixture After all is incorporated stir in the raisins and nuts. Pour mixture into a greased 9" x 5" bread pan. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hr. 15 min. When cooled frost with 4oz. cream cheese 3 tablespoon. butter 1 teaspoon. vanilla ½ box powdered sugar
