Makes a dozen small cupcakes
Ingredients
¼ cup oil
1 cup splenda
1 small banana
1 small avocado
½ cup egg beaters
1 cup white all-purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
¼ cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt

1. Mash banana and avocado, set aside.
2. Combine all dry ingredients together, add oil, eggbeaters and banana-avocado mixture.
3. Pour into cupcake holders and bake about 30-40 mins. in 350 degree oven
