3 cups flour
0.5 cup sugar
2 med apples, diced (granny smith)
2 tablespoon fresh, diced rosemary
8 tablespoon butter, melted
6 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
¾ cup milk
Extra flour for rolling out dough

Instructions
-Preheat oven to 375
-Lightly grease scone pan or 13x9 dish
-Combine flour and baking powder and mix in medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
-In small bowl, mix diced apples and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
-Add apple mixture to flour mixture. Mix well. Add diced rosemary and mix.
-Add egg and milk to flour/apple mixture. Stir until well combined. Add more milk or flour if needed.
-Form dough into dome shape and place on well floured surface. Knead slightly and then roll out to 1 inch thickness.
-Cut into triangles and place on baking sheet.
-Bake for 15 min at 375 or until bottoms slightly brown
