Spicy Sausage Biscuits

Bite-sized fluffy biscuits for breakfast or snacks

1 pound hot sausage
2 cups plain flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
up to 1 cup milk


Preparation: Brown sausage and drain grease. Sift dry ingredients. Fit the mixer with the wire whip mix sausage and dry ingredients, add milk until a soft dough is formed. Don't over beat. Knead gently on a floured surface, cut with a 1" or 2" biscuit cutter. Bake at 425 F. until brown-- 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot or at room temp.
