Pineapple Zucchini Bread
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 small can crushed pineapple
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts
Instructions
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Add rest of ingredients
Bake 350 for 1 hour
