A healthy start to the morning, this will give you energy for the entire day.

Yields

Makes about eight 8-ounce servings

Ingredients

3 cups soy milk 2 bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces ¼ cup protein powder 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal 6 cups mixed berries (fresh and/or frozen, thawed)

Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart® PowerEdge® 1000 Watt Blender. 2Cover and run on the Smoothie function. Once the program is complete, turn the power off and serve.
