Banana Nog

Bananas give a spring-like flavor and rich texture to this no-fat alternative to traditional eggnog.


Yield: 4, one cup servings


4 bananas, peeled 1½ cups skim milk 1½ cups plain nonfat yogurt ¼ teaspoon rum extract pinch ground nutmeg
