1 Splenda packet
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 small raw banana
1 cup of unsweetened thawed frozen blueberry
8 fl oz of vanilla light Edensoy milk

Add banana and frozen berries to blender with the vanilla soy milk, vanilla and splenda.
Blend very well. If it is too thick add a little extra soy milk.
Note: You can substitute rice milk for the soy milk if you do not like soy milk. You can also use skim milk.
