1/4 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
1/3 cup papaya (cut into ½-inch pieces)
1 kiwi, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 tablespoon wheat germ
1/2 tablespoon flax seed oil
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
Put ingredients into the travel cup in order listed. Fit with the blending blade.
