3 to 4 fresh mint leaves
1½ cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
¼ cup water, optional

1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the travel cup. Secure blade assembly.
2. Run on High until smooth, about 30 seconds.
3. Serve over ice, or let sit for 10 minutes and then strain to achieve a thin juice.
