Want something quick, easy and super satisfying, try this smoothie! I made this one morning during a snow storm at work from the few ingredients I could salvage from the office kitchen. I love using my Cuisinart Smart Stick so much at home that I bought a 2nd one to keep in the office. Some frozen grapes from the freezer, peanut butter and unsweetened almond milk blended in a glass and OMG you will not believe how yummy this is. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Protein-Packed Smoothie
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup destemmed frozen red grapes 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Pour almond milk in large glass, then the peanut butter and gradually toss the grapes in while blending with the Cuisinart Smart Stick hand blender attachment. 

  2. After blending for approximately 1-2 minutes, add straw and enjoy.
