pan sear italian sausage just till brown. drain access, put in a bowl set aside. then cut stems off of mushrooms, grade cheese, and chop basil. put sausage and cheese and basil in mushroom place on cookie sheet with tinfoil then bake in oven at 350° for 10 mins. take out and pop in your mouth. yummy
