Great cheese mixture for parties and it can be used with bread, crackers or vegetables.

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Garlic clove, pressed
1⅓ Cups Feta Cheese
½ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1¼ Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ Cup Finely Chopped Green Onion
12¾ Inch Thick Sliced Baguette or Ciabatta Bread
Dash of Salt
Dash of Pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°
Grate the monterey jack cheese.
Smooth butter. Add mayonnaise and garlic.
Move to mixing bowl. Stir in feta, ½ cup parmesan, monterey jack cheese and onions.
Spread 2 Tablespoons cheese mixture onto each bread slice.
Top each with 1 Tablespoon Parmesan; press to adhere.
Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 12 minutes.
