Pre Heat Cusinart Toaster oven to 350 or a regular oven to 350.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, worsteshire and dry onion together in a small mixing bowl. Next, slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half (like a sandwich). It is easiest to take the entire pack and cut with electric knife. Lay the bottom half in a greased baking pan or casserole dish. Lightly coat each inside layer with the mayonnaise mixture. Then lay ham on the bottom layer of bread-about 3-4 slices thick, next top with 1 layer of cheese. Place the rolls on top of your sandwich. Slice through each precut area, so that when they are done, they are already cut. Finally, melt the butter and mix with poppy seeds. Brush or lightly pour over the tops of the mini sandwiches. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
