A delicious dip served best warm. Goes excellent with Hawaiian Sweet Bread!
⅛ cup butter
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder and salt to taste

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in spinach and artichoke hearts.
Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt and half of the Parmesan cheese to spinach mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened and heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with pita chips, tortilla chips, or Hawaiian Sweet Bread broken up into pieces.
