Smoked Salmon Pizza with Lemon Tarragon Cream Cheese

• 1 pre-baked pizza crust or flatbread, 12 inch round or rectangle
• 8 oz whipped cream cheese
• 1 lemon, juiced and zested
• 2 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
• 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
• ¼ teaspoon course black pepper
• 6 oz cold smoked salmon
• 3 tablespoon red onion, minced
• 3 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
• 3 tablespoon chopped chives or micro greens for garnish

1. preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. in a small bow, mix together the cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, tarragon, Dijon mustard, garlic & pepper
3. on a parchment lined or non stick sprayed sheet pan, place the pizza crust down and spread the cream cheese mixture all over the top, evenly reaching almost to the edges
4. lay the salmon all over on top of the cream cheese, followed by the chopped red onion
5. bake for 20 minutes or until golden
6. sprinkle with capers and top with micro greens or minced chives for garnish
7. cut into small appetizer sized wedges and serve
