This cream cheese ball plus salmon is excellent served with crackers. It may sound peculiar, but melts in your mouth. (And, I don't even like fish!). So, even if you don't like seafood you should try this. You will be surprised!

Ingredients
1 can smoked salmon (flaked)
1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
½ cup chopped black olives
1 tablespoon mustard
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ teaspoon tabasco sauce
¾ cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped pecans
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
in medium mixing bowl:
combine softened cream cheese, salmon (drained), green onions, olives, tabasco sauce, salt and pepper
set mixture in refrigerator for 15 to 20 min to harden slightly
for easier handling
shape cheese mixture into ball
roll in chopped parsley and chopped pecans to coat well
chill well before serving
serve with crackers
