This recipe is always a hit whenever I make it. I serve it with crackers or mini bread toast. I am telling you that if you try it, you will love it!

2 Packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Green Pepper, finely chopped
1 can of Dole Crushed Pineapple

Put cream cheese and peppers in a bowl, set aside.
Drain the can of pineapples and place in separate bowl. Pat pineapples dry with paper towels. Keep repeating this step until nearly all liquid is gone and pineapples are almost dry(note: you will be using quit a few paper towels)
Take the pineapples and add them to the bowl with the cream cheese and peppers. Mix all the ingredients with your hands and form into a ball. Put in fridge for an hour before serving.
Serve with cheese spreader and crackers. Enjoy.
