Pico Pico de Gallo

A wonderful side dish, great with tortilla chips at summer cookout, even better topped on a nice burger. Tangy, with a slight kick, this one is easy to prepare and sure to please!




1 Large Red Onion, sliced and diced 4 - 5 cloves garlic, minced 12 Roma tomatoes, or any small, firm tomato, diced ½ cup (or more!) cilantro, INCLUDING STEMS -this will give great texture to the dish ½ cup salsa verde Salt, to taste
