At the first bite, the combination of ingredients is very mysterious and addicting.
I always get requests for the recipe every time I serve it.
*Remember to ask your guests about peanut allergies before serving.
Ingredients
1 8oz. package of cream cheese, at room temperature.
1½ Tablespoon sour cream
⅓ Cup small-sliced green onions
¼ Cup chopped raisins
½ Cup chopped peanuts
¼ Cup "Bac-Os” bacon bits
1¼ Teaspoon curry powder
¼ -⅓ Cup apricot jam
1 Bunch fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
Using a mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, raisins, peanuts, Baco-Os, green onion and curry powder. Make sure it’s thoroughly mixed, but be careful to not overmix it.
Shape into a ball and place on a serving platter.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
Just before serving, cover with a light layer of jam.
If garnishing with fresh parsley, wash and dry the parsley. Remove most of the stems and toss. In a food processor, pulse the remaining parsley leaves until they are minced. Lightly sprinkle on the cheese ball. Store any remaining parsley in a covered container in the refrigerator for future use.
Serve with crackers.
