Makes a lot and is good for a big party
Yields
200 tiny pies
Ingredients
Dough:
3 cups flour
1 cup water
½ teaspoon salt
Filling:
1 pound ground beef
2 oz. beef suet or oil
⅛ teaspoon all spice
⅛ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoon oil
1, 6oz. can tomato paste
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
3 small onions,chopped
5 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Instructions
Dough:
Add ingredients together and knead until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
Filling:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Roll out dough until very thin. Cut dough into 1½ inch circles. Place 1 teaspoon filling on each circle. Fold in half and seal edge with a fork.
You can fry these or bake them at 350° until brown. They can be frozen and baked when needed.
