Sweet and spicy summer delight
½ lb shrimp
8oz. cream cheese
2 tablespoon mayo
4 tablespoon softened butter
¼ teaspoon granulated onion
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
¼ cup + 1 tablespoon spicy Jamaican jerk barbecue sauce (Walkerswood is good)
Crackers or vegetable sticks

Mince the shrimp in your food processor. Set aside.
Blend cream cheese in your Cuisinart stand mixer until soft. Then add butter and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Add all remaining ingredients, except for the ¼ cup barbecue sauce.
Line a small bowl with plastic wrap, and then fill with dip. Place in the fridge, until firm.
Once firm, invert over onto serving plate and pour the ¼ cup barbecue sauce over molded dip.
Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks
