Green Pepper Dip

Great dip with vegetables or on crackers.




2 eggs 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon sugar 1 pkg cream cheese (softened) 1 small bell pepper 1 small onion Salt and pepper to taste

In small sauce pan, combine eggs, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Beat ingredients. Cook on stove top on low heat, constantly stirring until a cottage cheese consistency. Chop bell pepper and onion into small pieces. Place in mixing bowl with cream cheese. Pour egg mixture into mixing bowl and mix all together until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve. If dip seems too thick after refrigerating, add a little milk to thin out. Serve with veggies and/or crackers as dippers.
