An irresistible blend of cheese, sausage and green chiles - known as queso dip! Serve with tortilla chips or rolled in hot flour tortillas.
2 pounds Jimmy Dean or Owens sausage. (1 lb hot and 1 lb regular)
2 pounds Velveeta cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
16 ounces chopped green chiles

Cook sausage in large frying pan, breaking sausage into crumbles. Drain off grease.
Cut Velveeta cheese into large cubes and add to sausage. Add Cream of Mushroom soup and stir mixture until cheese has melted. Add green chiles.
Keep warm over low heat and serve with tortilla chips or warm tortillas.
