Preheat the oven to 350. Combine the ground turkey ingredients into a large bowl adding salt, pepper, onion powder or the seasoning of your choice for additional flavor.
Make medium sized rounds from the mixture. Place a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place the rounds into the baking dish.
Bake the meatballs for approximately 30 minutes (poultry needs to be cooked thoroughly) Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a sauce pan and simmer on low while the meatballs are cooking. Once the meatballs are done cooking and have cooled for 20 minutes, add in the sauce mixture then serve.
