cooked blue crab claws- 6
chopped ginger- 1/2 tbsp
chopped scallions - 1tbsp
red wine vinegar- 1tbsp
white pepper powder- 1tbsp
all purpose flour-2 tbsp

Remove excess moisture from the crab claws.
In a small bowl add crab meat, white pepper power, salt, vinegar, chopped finger, scallion, red wine vinegar and mix well.
cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 30 minutes.
Coat each crab claw with crab paste like lollipop.
Dip the claws in all purpose flour, then dip into beaten egg and dip it in breadcrumbs and finally deep fry it.
Serve it with hot & tangy sauce.
Hot and tangy sauce: In a blender add tomato, red chilli, salt and make it into a smooth paste.
