Clam Dip

Baked clam dip great with tortilla chips.




2 cans of minced clams ½ of a green pepper, chopped 5-6 cloves of garlic 1 cup of italian bread crumbs stick of butter 1 teaspoon of parsley 1 teaspoon of oregano parmesan cheese tortilla chips

Melt butter in deep fry pan, once melted add garlic and green peppers, parsley and oregano. Simmer covered for 10 minutes and then stir in the bread crumbs and clams. After stirring, place in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until top is browned. Get out the tortilla chips and enjoy your dip.
