1(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon bottled lemon juice 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped 1 can -or- jar (4-ounces) chopped pimientos 2 cans (7-½ ounces each) minced clams ⅓ cup saltines, finely crushed ½ cup pecans -or- walnuts, finely chopped

Blend the softened cream cheese with the lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, parsley and onion, and mix until smooth. Add the pimientos, clams and saltines, and mix well. Cover the mixture and chill for at least an hour in your refrigerator. Place the chilled mixture on a sheet of wax paper, and roll into a log about 8 inches long, making sure to smooth off the ends. Unwrap the roll and place on a serving platter. Cover the log with chopped pecans -or- walnuts. Serve with crackers.
