Chutney Curried Cheese Dip

Zesty dip with a mango chutney topping

2 3 oz pkg cream cheeseSOFTENED 1 cup shredded cheddar – 4 oz 4+ teaspoon sherry ½ teaspoon salt 1+ teaspoon curry powder 1 Tbsp dried onions ½ cup chutney, chopped (can be extended with orange marmalade or duck sauce) chopped parsley

Mix everything except chutney and parsley in mixer. Spread into a shallow bowl, spread chutney on top and chill. Edge the bowl with chopped parsley. Serve at room temperature.
