4 Red Steak Tomatoes
1 Small onion (finely chopped)
1/4 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of water

Put tomatoes and Jalapeños on a piece of foil and cook on a griddle over medium heat (turning occasionally) until soft. Place Jalapeños in blender with water and puree. Add the tomatoes and use pulse option on blender so that salsa comes out chunky. Add onion, cilantro, and salt. Perfect with chips!
