Light and refreshing Asian Shrimp Mango Salsa.
1c rough chopped cleaned cooked shrimp
1c chopped avocado
½ red onion chopped
½c mango chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 TBS jalapeno minced
½c orange pepper chopped
¼c toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ginger grated
2 TBS lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything together in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
