This may be served as a warm dip for any dip-able appetizer-type foods. Also great as a spread for hamburgers, BLT's and other sandwiches in place of plain mayo.
8 oz can artichoke pieces
8 oz jar mayonnaise
1 can jalapeno peppers
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Thoroughly drain artichoke pieces and peppers & place in Cuisinart food processor. Add mayonnaise & cheese. Pulse until ingredients are mixed but still have substance. Transfer to baking dish and dust with Paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes.
