Air-Fried Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

• 1 Tablespoon minced fresh garlic
• 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
• ¼ Cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• ¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
• 1 pound peeled and devein jumbo shrimp, about 16 per pound
• Six slices applewood smoked bacon
• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1. Combine garlic, rosemary, olive oil , lemon juice, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl. Add shrimp , toss to coat, and let marinate 20 minutes .
2. Cut bacon into thirds. Take a shrimp out of the marinade and wrap with a piece of bacon around the middle and fat and of the shrimp.
3. Place seam side down on the wire basket of the Cuisinart air fryer.
4. Air fry at 450 degrees for 4 minutes.
5. Combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers and lemon juice and serve as a dipping sauce.
