Satay is a grilled dish, can be made with mutton or beef. Satay is also a very popular dish in Malaysia.


Peanut Sauce Dip:-
1 can coconut milk
1 jar crunchy peanut butter
1 small onion, grated/chopped fine
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
5 packets splenda sugar/ 1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder / 2 tbsp chili sauce

Chicken Satay Marinade:-
3 boneless chicken breast, cut/ dice small pieces
1/2 can coconut milk
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp soy sauce

Peanut Sauce Dip:-
1. In a saucepan over medium heat saute onion, combine coconut milk, peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce and chili.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and keep warm.

Chicken Satay:-
In a mixing bowl mix coconut milk,chili,soy sauce and chicken. Marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour,
overnight is best. Weave the chicken onto skewers, grill on the outdoor grill for 10 mins each side, until golden brown.
