Kicked Up Artichoke Dip

Just by changing the types of cheeses and the amount of hot sauce this dip is mild all the way to wow! I've used a shredded Caesar cheese blend as well as grated Parmesan and Romano, sometimes both together. Increasing the mayonnaise content will make the dip creamier as opposed to chunky. Enjoy hot or cold."

Ingredients

1 14oz can quartered artichoke hearts
1/2 C mayonnaise
3/4 C grated or shredded cheeses
hot sauce to taste


Instructions

Drain artichoke hearts, place in processor. Pulse to mash.
Add remaining ingredients. Pulse.
Scrape down sides. Pulse until well blended
Bake for 30 min. @ 350 degrees
serve with crackers,veggies or bread.
