Texas Caviar
INGREDIENTS
2 cans black eyed peas, drained
2 cans white hominy, drained
1 small box/container grape tomatoes, chopped
3-4 green onions, chopped (I usually use 3)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 Jalapeno, chopped
6-8 oz. Wishbone Italian Dressing
Instructions
Mix it all together and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
