Healthy Baked Chicken in Skewers
1/2 lb chicken breast cutlets
any BBQ sauce (I used Jack Daniels BBQ sauce)
marinate chicken in BBQ sauce overnight (optional)
preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray cookie sheets with Pam with Olive Oil (optional)
dip chicken in the bread crumb and wheat germ mixture (I used more bread crumbs and then wheat germ)
wet skewers and then add chicken pieces in the skewers. Bake for about 20 minutes and turn 1/2 way until it looks crispy. Keep watching the chicken to make sure the bread crumbs get crispy.
