Hot Honey and Pimento Cream Cheese

A sweet and spicy flavor to up your cream-cheese game. If a spicier flavor is desired, add the crushed red pepper.


Yield: about 1 cup


8     ounces (1 standard package)
       cream cheese, cut into 4 pieces,
       room temperature
¼    cup pimentos, drained
4     teaspoons hot honey, plus more
       to taste
1     teaspoon crushed red pepper,
       optional, for extra heat

1. Insert the chopping blade into the work bowl of the food processor. Add the cream cheese and process on Low to soften.
2. Add the pimentos, hot honey, and crushed red pepper if using. Pulse to combine. Taste and add more hot honey, if desired.
